Material can be manufactured and certified to AMS-QQ-A-, AMS, AMS-WW-T Federal specifications. Long and short lengths are available and including additional none-destructive testing like USI.

We can produce the not so common tubes like 7050-T76 Tube from 0.250 to 4.000"Dia, Square and round tube. We can also make hand-guard tube in 7075-T6 and 7075-T6511 in small quantities.

BAC1501 is Boeing's part number for rectangular and square tube. The part number provides dimensions of the tube and sometimes the alloy and temper is specified in the drawing. However, we have found in most cases that the use specifies there own alloy, temper and specification. email at: sales@aircraftextrusion.com, we also have stock of round, square and rectangular tubing in 2024, 7075 and 6061.

Certification with our tubing
2024, 7075 square tubing ordered through Aircraft Extrusion company is fully line stenciled per federal and military specifications with Size, Alloy, Temper, Mill and Lot Number. Certification includes certificates of conformance and chemical/mechanical results from testing. All tubes are AS9100 and ISO9001:2008 Certified.
